REFUND POLICES & TERMS OF SERVICE

Due to the pre-designed and custom nature of these services, there are no refunds on design orders, canvas prints, or any other kind of product and print purchased.

Refund Policies:

 

All prints and products are subject to your states sales tax and shipping when applicable. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Candice Corbin Photography does of course guarantee that the portraits, prints and canvases you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with customers to approve custom work orders before orders are placed. Payment of orders is due in full when orders are places and images that are bought as Wall Art will not be pre-approved between the client and Candice Corbin Photography as they are already placed on the website and that’s what you are paying for. Prints and products arrive 2-4 weeks after payment is received. Albums may take up to 10 weeks since they are handmade and custom designed. Rush shipment is currently unavailable. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.

Terms of Service:

                 Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Candice Corbin Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Candice Corbin Photography sent the buyer the right photograph) it is then considered non refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Candice Corbin Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Candice Corbin Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

           In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other foreseen incident that prevents Candice Corbin Photography from shooting on a scheduled date the client will receive a full refund of their deposit if applicable.
